I AM ADDICTED - I

SAVE ME

The word addiction is not tied to drugs and alcohol.
Addiction is addiction!
Its not alien to be addicted, we probably just did it a little too much and went off the hook and that's why we need help.

I have taken out time to understand specific genesis of addiction and I want you to let me help you.

HOW DID I GET ADDICTED?

1. CURIOSITY: Many of you have at some point just wanted to know the feeling of that substance (drugs, alcohol) or even an uncontrollable desire of sex, pleasure and want. Your innocent mind just wanted to try but it seems we tried a little more than we planned.

2. PRESSURE: I intentionally did not say peer pressure because it may not necessarily be pressure
from your peer group. It could be pressure to achieve a goal, to handle your woman in bed, to provide
for your family, or even the death of a loved one and of course pressure from your peers.
Non of these is your fault. You did not know the best way to handle the situation and I'm sorry no one was there to put you through. I'm sorry you had to succumb by engaging in other activities that led you down this road.
But we can solve it!

3. DEVOTION: You do not get addicted by just a sip of alcohol or a sniff of drugs. You do not wake up one morning an internet lover or a sex addict. You devoted yourself to becoming what you are now. You consistently took in all that substance because it didn't feel addictive. You kept going back to that pornographic site because it just felt satisfying.
All that energy put together to make you an addict through your devotion, we can again be devoted to becoming who you really are.

What is important is that, there is a way out. It doesn't matter how you got addicted but in the next episode I will bring to you a free and safe therapeutic way of getting through this.
I challenge you to think in your head how you came about this addiction. When you have found out, accept your situation because that is the first step to solution
